Martial Arts Master is a character achievement ending that rewards perfection across all of the game’s Quick Time Events. Road to Empress I features QTE sequences in seven chapters — Ch1, Ch2, Ch4, Ch5, Ch6, Ch14, and Ch16 — and each one must be passed to unlock this ending.
The QTEs range from the relatively forgiving (Chapter 1’s introductory sequence) to the brutally demanding (Chapter 16’s two-round Ultimate Showdown). Some, like Chapter 6’s “Knock Him Off” and Chapter 14’s “Yang’s Last Stand,” are one-shot opportunities — fail them and you are locked into a bad ending, forcing a branch restart.
The achievement is designed to test not just reflexes but thoroughness.
